Asset Class Preference:
  • Full acquisitions of Class-A and B commercial office, medical office and retail properties in A and B locations
  • Core and Core-Plus in suburban, CBD or large MSAs
  • Partial equity investments in distressed investment opportunities requiring operational expertise

Geographic Location:
  • Primary and secondary U.S. and Latin American markets
  • Specific markets of interest - South Central Region U.S. (TX, OK, LA, TN, MS, AL)

Market & Opportunity Characteristics:
  • Reasonable barriers to entry; strong demographic trends and demand generators
  • Proximity to major employers, transportation and amenities

Deal Criteria:
  • Fee simple ownership, land and improvements
